In 2013, the company unveiled the new brand, Imperatis, to reflect an expanded array of services to diverse markets in America’s defense, intelligence, and civilian as well as private and non-profit sectors. Also in 2013, Imperatis hired retired Marine Corps Major General Mastin M. Robeson as new President and CEO and retired Army Major General Charles R. Henry as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
